And Finally...
After paying top dollar for a valued service, you want to
make sure that he or she is able to work with you. There
must be a compromise. A photographer who offers unlimited
time is ideal, however if you cant find one that is able to
do this, make sure you both have allotted enough time to not
be hurried through your reception. It is your time to rest
and relax! After planning for so many months, you want to
make the cherished memories last as long as possible.
With that in mind, there is a certain respect that should be
given. Ask the photographer if he/she would like a meal,
even if he says he is too busy. It is more than just a
courtesy. Imagine working six to eight hours in a high-
pressure situation without something to fill your belly youd
be pretty grumpy, wouldnt you?
Also, once the photographer has captured all of the
important moments, it would be okay to excuse them from
duties unless you are ending the reception with a big bang.
Fireworks, sparklers, rose petal tosses or any other grand
exit would justify your photographer staying until the very
last frame.
